 Back in 1998 and 1999, I was the system architect and lead programmer for a dot.com era payment processor called Qdebit whose specialty was ACH Processing. Andrew Armstrong, Eric Wolf, Rob Hyatt, myself and several others helped build the very first NACHA approved internet check/ACH gateways. It worked, made a little money, and as the founding management (Marvin and Dan) got replaced by coke snorting spikey haired dot.com era sales droids and got screwed by some slimy customers, it became a dot.gone. From that experiment in life, some real companies were born: ACH Commerce which is now owned by MoneyGram, and EZIC a credit card processor that is also doing well.
We are still an EZIC reseller, and have a handful of customers that I still manage and maintain their code. Over the years, I've added a few more.. and seem to keep running into people with very special needs. Cybrmall.com has been re-tasked to address and support those needs, and you will find me and a handful of very talented technical people making things happen. We are not marketing people, and will not try to pretend to be. We think EZIC is a great gateway, and prefer it for many things, but we also are experienced and work with many others. In some cases, we interface directly with banks and special payment networks.
